Pressure-point replay.

Better opponents make the game feel faster. This drill gives you a simple sequence to return to when the point feels loud.

What this drill builds

Replay one pressure point with extra margin and one intentional decision at a time.

Set up

Play short points beginning at 8–8. The stronger player applies controlled pressure; the other names one focus before each serve.

Make the rep useful

Common miss: Trying to fix five parts of your game during one pressure point.

A good rep: You can name one calm choice you made before the point is over.

The takeaway

A repeatable calm routine lets your best decisions survive when the score, pace, or opponent makes a point feel bigger.
